At Style Syndrome, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To maintain fairness for all clients and ensure smooth scheduling, we have established the following cancellation guidelines.
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us:
- At least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any charges.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
- Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be marked as a No-Show.
- A full-service charge or a fixed no-show fee may apply before future bookings can be accepted.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment once without a fee if notified in advance.
- Frequent rescheduling may require a deposit to secure future bookings.
Orders & Product Cancellations
For product purchases or custom orders through Style Syndrome:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service.
- Arrivals 10+ minutes late may result in reduced service time or rescheduling with applicable fees.
Refund Policy for Cancellations
- Refunds are issued only if the cancellation meets our policy criteria.
- Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the service booked.
